Packages with FHA/VA/USDA special requirements:

6. Well water adequacy, pump flow and performance: $125
7. Wood destroying insects - WDI / WDO: $135
8. Mold Sampling: no longer providing those services
9. Mold - full assessment: no longer providing those services
10. CO/LEL gas leak testing: $75
11. IAQ: VOC's and other contaminants indoor air quality sampling with Lab Report: $350
12. IAQ: Formaldehyde in air test with lab report: $150
11. Neighborhood Environmental Assessment Report: $125 [EDR/NER Sample Report]
14. Comprehensive water testing / various levels: Call for Quote
15. Stand-alone environmental inspection drive-out fee: $125
16. Distant travel charge - $2 or $3 per mile if over 30 miles from the base location
[ FYI - $3 per mile with radon test which requires an additional trip]
